[PG-13 Subject Alert!!]
Why are sex and intimacy so uncomfortable to talk about? If we had more open and honest conversations about it, people might become more relaxed, open, and confident in their sexuality. Let this episode be your permission slip to normalize conversations about sex and intimacy so that we can remove the shame and give confidence back to women.
In today’s episode, I’m talking to Casey Zaruba, wife, entrepreneur, and mama of six, who holds space online for open and honest conversations about sex, intimacy, the female body, and all the taboo topics everyone avoids. Casey has created a safe space for women to get vulnerable and share sexual thoughts, experiences, and questions so they can reclaim confidence in themselves, in their marriage, and in the bedroom.
Casey and I are talking about all things sex and intimacy (consider skipping this episode if you listen with young children), including how to rediscover your confidence as a sexual woman, the importance of openly communicating with your partner, and how to have open conversations with your children about intimacy. Casey also shares a raw look at both the rewards and hardships of holding space for these conversations.
